Our goal is to make investment accessible to everyone

We want investment to become an accessible financial instrument to everybody, not just the affluent people.

To achieve this goal we developed FINEXFOLIO — an online asset management platform that is available directly to asset managers and investors. It automates all the routine work letting every user do his work efficiently. Asset managers can concentrate on trading, and investors — on finding profitable trading strategies.

Asset managers are the key people in the business

We believe that asset managers create the main value in the investment business. They are the ones to boost the investors' funds by developing profitable trading strategies.

The founders of FINEXWARE started their career as asset managers, therefore we put the needs of the asset managers at the core of the FINEXFOLIO platform. We want them to focus on trading, and the platform will do the rest.

To protect the funds of our clients, we form partnerships with brokers very carefully.

It's important that our partners have the necessary licenses issued by one of the regulatory institutions: for example, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC). It's an advantage if the broker complies with the European Directive on Markets in Financial Instruments (MiFID II), i.e. with Europe-wide requirements of transparency and good conduct.

Vast personal experience in asset management

The co-founder of FINEXWARE Boris Gerschanov started his career as a trader and continued as an asset manager in a classical asset management company.

He had a chance to study thoroughly how such a company functions and what challenges it faces. There was a lot of manual time consuming work involved: reporting to the investors, calculation of commissions, deposit or withdrawal of funds from the investors' accounts, technical issues due to a big amount of accounts. All these factors caused difficulties to everyone involved: the company, the asset managers and the investors.

Working in such an environment, Boris Gerschanov together with his partners Alexey Sergeiev and Anton Lee, decided to develop an instrument that will automate all the routine processes. That's when the FINEXWARE company emerged to develop its first product — a high-quality copy trading platform.

Over time our initial product turned into FINEXFOLIO — a platform accessible to any trader who wants to start his own asset management business. Due to full automation, any asset manager with a profitable trading strategy can directly serve his clients on his own. In essence, he has his own asset management business.
